JOB DESCRIPTION
The position was created in order to develop young engineers abilities and skills, to grow a future director class with an excellent technical background.
The candidate will be part of the “global trainee program”, a two-years program that combines knowledge, practical work and on the job experience, providing the right environment for GTs to start their career in the company. All young talents hired at juniors levels, regardless of function or geographic boundaries, go through this structured program acquiring a strong industrial background, optimizing their performance and maximizing their potential in a multicultural and global environment.
All the GTs will have rotation in different positions: supply chain, marketing, commercial, technical sales with the goal to give different perspectives inside the company.
